Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology/Radiography or an accredited Magnetic Resonance Imaging program.
  • Must be a Registered Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as RT, a Registered MRI Technologist as MR, or certified by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists as MR.
  • Must hold certification in the American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support.
  • Must have visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
Responsibilities
  • Utilize magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce tomographic films of designated portions of the human body.
Desired Qualifications
  • One year of experience in magnetic resonance imaging.
  • Additional Life Support credentials such as Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or Neonatal Resuscitation Program, or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units.
