- Several years of experience leading and/or implementing customer-facing software implementation projects.
- Practical experience in agile project management and in the structured planning, prioritization, and control of complex project tasks.
- Proficiency with Jira or comparable tools for managing requirements, tickets, and project tasks.
- A strong understanding of production and logistics processes.
- Experience in customer consulting, requirements management, and developing solution concepts.
- Experience collaborating with development and technical teams to implement customer-specific requirements.
- A structured, self-directed, and reliable working style, with the ability to actively steer projects and stakeholders.
- Flexibility and openness to new technologies and working methods, particularly the considered use of artificial-intelligence-supported tools.
- Very good communication skills and confident interaction with customers.
- German at C1 level and English at least at B2 level.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
- Basic knowledge of a programming or configuration language, such as Python or JavaScript, is an additional technical qualification.
- Database knowledge is an additional technical qualification.
- Experience with SAP ERP or other enterprise resource planning systems is an additional technical qualification.
- Independently lead and deliver demanding customer and software implementation projects in Advanced Planning & Scheduling.
- Capture, analyze, and structure customer requirements related to production planning and supply chain planning.
- Develop and align viable solution concepts with customers and consulting and development teams.
- Agilely plan, control, and prioritize project tasks, risks, and dependencies.
- Actively manage customer communication and moderate workshops, coordination meetings, and training sessions.
- Control testing, commissioning, and go-live activities.
- Use Jira or comparable tools to manage requirements, tickets, and project tasks.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure quality, progress, and transparent communication within the project.
- Contribute to improving consulting work methods and the practical use of artificial-intelligence-supported tools.
- Experience in production, logistics, supply chain planning, Advanced Planning & Scheduling, or comparable industrial and planning software.
