Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Five or more years of experience in wealth management private banking and/or senior-level financial services experience are required.
  • Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses are required.
  • National Mortgage Licensing System registration is required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including the required criminal background and credit check.
  • The candidate must maintain a satisfactory criminal and credit record to meet NMLS registration requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Prospect and call leads.
  • Meet with affluent clients to collect financial information, conduct discovery, assess needs, and evaluate each client's unique situation.
  • Determine which financial products are suitable for each client's current and future circumstances.
  • Facilitate the delivery of lending, deposit, and purchasing-power strategies and capabilities.
  • Grow the affluent client base and increase revenue by consistently using the client service matrix for each client and proactively identifying new clients.
  • Partner with the Advisor as a teammate.
  • Collaborate with CBB teammates to identify and refer potential affluent prospects.
  • Refer and partner with other financial services within U.S. Bank channels as appropriate.
  • Develop, manage, and retain client relationships for Affluent Wealth Management through proactive contact with assigned and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services, including mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services.

Verra Mobility has partnered with U.S. Bank to integrate toll management services into the Voyager fleet payment platform. The solution enables U.S. Bank Voyager customers to automatically pay and record tolls across participating US toll roads, aiming to simplify payments and reduce administrative burden for fleet operators. The integration leverages Verra Mobility's toll processing platform, which handles over 300 million transactions annually across 7 million fleet vehicles. Fleet managers can now access toll payment services alongside existing Voyager offerings like fuel, EV charging, and maintenance through a single bill and reporting portal. The service addresses growing complexity as toll roads expand across the United States, helping fleets manage charges and violations across multiple tolling authorities whilst maintaining compliance. The solution is now available to all U.S. Bank Voyager customers.

Stepan secures $500M five-year credit facility, up from $450M

Stepan Company has secured a new $500 million five-year credit agreement, replacing its previous $450 million facility and boosting liquidity by $50 million. The specialty chemicals maker announced the deal on 25 September 2026. The new package comprises a $350 million multicurrency revolving credit facility and a $150 million delayed draw term loan, both maturing in September 2031. An expansion option allows Stepan to increase total capacity to $750 million if needed. Interest rates are tied to the company's net leverage ratio, with spreads ranging from 1.125% to 1.625% above benchmark rates. JPMorgan Chase Bank serves as administrative agent, with Bank of America as syndication agent. The agreement includes standard financial covenants and will finance working capital, acquisitions, capital expenditure, and general corporate purposes.

The bank appointed Suzanne Widing as business banking industry specialist in 2026 and began requiring specialised training for relationship managers in 2025.
