Requirements
  • A diploma or degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.
  • At least 4 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Intune, and hybrid cloud environments is required.
  • Experience working with managed service provider-supported cloud environments is required.
  • Experience with Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and file services is required.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, SQL, virtualization, and identity synchronization is required.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
  • Excellent vendor management skills are required.
  • Experience in healthcare, preferably home healthcare, is a large asset.
Responsibilities
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive, and act as the subject matter expert on related projects.
  • Administer PDQ Deploy for asset and inventory management and the internal CPSupport portal.
  • Configure and support Intune device compliance, configuration profiles, applications, and Autopilot enrollment.
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop operations, host pools, session hosts, and FSLogix profile issues.
  • Automate processes using Microsoft Power Automate and PowerShell.
  • Perform Active Directory administration, including Group Policy Object creation, testing, and deployment.
  • Coordinate managed service provider tickets for Azure virtual machines, SQL Server jobs, and virtualization, including pre-change and post-change validation.
  • Operate and maintain Microsoft 365 backup platforms, including job monitoring, restore tasks, and recovery testing, in collaboration with the security team.
  • Ensure applications and operating systems are patched to mitigate vulnerabilities in collaboration with the security team.
  • Maintain standard operating procedures, runbooks, documentation, and knowledge articles.
  • Provide Tier 3 support through tickets triaged by the CarePartners Service Desk team.
  • Mentor IT team members and serve as the escalation point for support tickets.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • CISSP, CISM, or an equivalent security certification is preferred.
  • CCNP or a similar networking certification is preferred.
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert is preferred.
  • ITIL or PMP certification for process and project management is preferred.
