Lead the management of site safety in conjunction with safety personnel, including set-up, ongoing monitoring, and close-out.
Oversee site quality assurance processes in conjunction with the project team.
Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers and Architects to ensure client requirements are met.
Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.
Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, track progress against schedule and manpower requirements, and conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety and QA files, material and plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
Ensure all aspects of change management, including cost and programme impact, are properly managed and documented.
Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists.

We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal.

The successful candidate will supervisor the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.
