Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship and recruiting outcomes for every client after the initial sale or introduction.
• Lead intake and calibration calls and maintain a clear, current scorecard for every open role.
• Set expectations and provide clients with regular updates on candidate quality, pipeline progress, blockers, and next steps.
• Personally screen candidates and prepare concise summaries covering relevant experience, technical ability, motivations, availability, and concerns.
• Collect feedback after submissions and interviews, then translate it into better sourcing and screening criteria.
• Manage our AI sourcing agents, human sourcers, and recruiting support team against clear role-specific quality standards.
• Review active pipelines daily, resolve stalled searches, and work with engineering to automate recurring operational problems.
• Track recruiting performance, identify at-risk clients early, and surface opportunities to expand successful relationships.
• Plan and host recruiting events, candidate sessions, client roundtables, and other programs that strengthen our talent network.

Requirements

• Technical recruiting experience across software engineering, data, machine learning, AI, infrastructure, or product roles.
• Run a client kickoff call and turn an open-ended hiring request into a practical scorecard, sourcing strategy, and interview process.
• Conduct a candidate screen, assess the candidate against the scorecard, and write a clear recommendation for the client.
• Understand engineering, data, product, and AI roles well enough to evaluate technical experience beyond keyword matches.
• Manage several clients and active searches at once without losing track of candidates, feedback, or follow-ups.
• Tell a client when its requirements, compensation, interview process, or response time are preventing a successful search and recommend what should change.
• Review candidates produced by AI agents and human sourcers, identify why they are or are not relevant, and improve the next slate.
• Plan and host a recruiting event, including the format, invitations, facilitation, logistics, and follow-up.

Desirable

• Customer success, account management, or client-delivery experience within recruiting, staffing, search, RPO, or a talent marketplace.
• Familiarity with ATS and CRM platforms, recruiting analytics, workflow automation, or AI-assisted sourcing tools.
