Responsibilities

• You will work with the CEO/COO on executing key projects to drive product and operations forward
• You'll act as a generalist in getting anything and everything done to help the company grow
• You'll collect and organize data from various sources to keep our systems updated
• You'll continuously find ways to improve our product, share their learnings with others, and work through challenges and obstacles

Requirements

• You have experience analyzing and improving products and taking operational tasks end-to-end
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat
• You are resourceful, driven, responsive, and have the independence to thrive in an unstructured environment
• You are a self-starter and have a bias towards ownership and action (i.e., going beyond the task at hand)
• You have an eye for design, and can help drive product decisions

• Experience working as a operator at a small startup taking full-ownership is a BIG plus!
