Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 160 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to twist, turn, crouch, stoop, and squat repeatedly throughout the workday.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
  • Safely receive, move, store, pick, stage, load, and ship raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
  • Support accurate shipping and receiving by verifying product quantities, conditions, and documentation.
  • Help maintain inventory accuracy by following first-in, first-out and first-expired, first-out practices and proper product placement.
  • Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized using required personal protective equipment and safety procedures.
  • Communicate issues, discrepancies, and safety concerns to a supervisor.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience in the beverage, food, consumer packaged goods, or distribution industry.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment and radio-frequency scanning systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and warehouse or enterprise resource planning systems.
