  • Active New Mexico medical doctor license.
  • Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry.
  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration registration and Controlled Substance Registration.
  • Maintain a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and current car insurance.
  • Submit to the required background check, tuberculosis screen, and drug testing.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct psychiatric care and deliver quality service with positive interaction with patients.
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients, visitors, and employees in a courteous, respectful, and professional manner.
  • Provide direct supervision to psychiatrists.
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to psychiatric nurse practitioners and residents.
