LexisNexis launches AI-driven Location Intelligence for US home insurers to assess property risk

The system addresses gaps in traditional assessment methods, particularly important as non-weather water claims represented 24% of all claims in 2025. The solution integrates within LexisNexis Smart Selection, enabling underwriters to apply location-based insights consistently across new business and renewals.
