Requirements
  • At least 6 years of consulting experience with increasing responsibility across client delivery and team leadership.

  • At least 2 years of people management experience, with the ability to lead and work closely with teams while managing day-to-day responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead teams to understand client needs and challenges, drive initiatives to solve issues and meet goals within specified timelines, and remain involved in day-to-day execution.
  • Lead analytical strategies, integrate insights across analyses, perform quality control on data and outputs, and develop a deep understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities that prompt client action.
  • Collaborate with Directors, Vice Presidents, and Managing Directors to drive project strategy and ensure alignment with client objectives while contributing to execution.
  • Work with stakeholders and team members to develop creative solutions to business problems while balancing leadership and individual contributions.
  • Own client communications, present analytical findings and recommendations, and independently answer client questions with minimal support.
  • Apply healthcare industry knowledge, trends, and insights to provide relevant recommendations and value for clients.
  • Oversee and, as needed, directly manage the gathering, refinement, and analysis of complex datasets, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, and financial data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive quantitative analysis.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members across client and internal initiatives while maintaining active involvement in execution.
  • Manage projects by working closely with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring all strategic and operational aspects of the project are handled.
  • Support the design, implementation, and execution of client and internal solutions, contributing to their development from the ground up.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmacy, financial services, retail, manufacturing, higher education, or technology and professional services.
  • Experience with healthcare systems and digital platforms, including Provider Data Management and Claims Adjudication systems such as Facets and QNXT, and related tools, with the ability to use these systems to improve data quality, operational efficiency, and end-to-end healthcare processes.
  • Based in Chicago, Illinois, with flexibility to work from the Chicago office as needed.
