Be on track to graduate in the next three semesters or less.
Experience working with basic hand tools.

Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, throughout the eight-month co-op term.
Ability to work in an office environment, operate standard office equipment, perform repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions, maintain close visual acuity for computer-based work, and attend occasional in-person meetings and office tasks.
Responsibilities
Work in Test Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, or Application Engineering based on skills, interests, major, and business needs.
Build prototypes, conduct tests, and document results for new products, redesigns, and customer-driven requests.
Create and update Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshoot machines, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in daily production.
Contribute to layout design and process development to improve operational efficiency, quality, and safety.
Guide products from initial concept through market launch by designing, testing, and overseeing production of new and existing products.
Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, and assist with product-selection software design and testing.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to improve products, develop training and marketing materials, and contribute to product strategy, customer value, and continuous improvement.
Desired Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering student to join our team as an Engineering Co-op in Tulsa, Oklahoma from January to August OR May to December.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
As an Engineering Co-op you'll be working in one of the following functional areas based on your skills, interests, major, and business need.
Test Engineering - You will be responsible for building prototypes, conducting tests, and documenting results. You will play a key role in developing new products, redesigns, and customer-driven requests, with most of your time spent in our testing lab for a truly hands-on experience.
Manufacturing Engineering - You’ll support daily production by creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures, troubleshooting machines, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll also contribute to layout design and process development to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety across our operations.
Product Engineering - You will guide our products from initial concept to market launch. This involves designing, testing, and overseeing the production of new and existing products, ensuring they meet market needs and company goals. Working across research, design, and manufacturing, you’ll ensure products deliver real value to customers and align with company goals.
Application Engineering - You will support product development by conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and assisting with product selection software design and testing. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineering, product management, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and operations - to improve products, develop training and marketing materials, and contribute to product strategy, customer value, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Mechanical, Industrial, Technology, Manufacturing or Applied Engineering etc.)
On track to graduate in the next 3 semesters or less

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay. The pay range for this position is $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour, based on position and academic year.
In addition to competitive pay, co-ops and interns receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support, which may include company-provided housing, a housing allowance, or a sign-on bonus, depending on location, assignment, and length of term.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
