  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A minimum of two years of administrative support experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings, calendars, and conference calls.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, memoranda, and meeting materials.
  • Support travel coordination and logistics.
  • Maintain records management and document control systems.
  • Track action items, deliverables, and administrative deadlines.
  • Assist with onboarding, personnel tracking, and workforce administration.
  • Support data entry and records maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative processes.
  • Assist with procurement documentation and tracking.
  • Support program reporting and communication activities.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Experience supporting federal contracts, healthcare organizations, or research programs.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership, program managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience utilizing SharePoint, document management systems, or collaboration platforms.
  • Experience maintaining records containing Personally Identifiable Information and Protected Health Information.
  • Experience coordinating Government travel in accordance with Joint Travel Regulations.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Health Agency, Department of Defense, military treatment facilities, or federal administrative environments.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams, hybrid work environments, remote operations, or nationwide field activities.
  • Current or prior experience supporting the Defense Health Agency, Hearing Center of Excellence, National Military Audiology and Speech Pathology Center, Defense Centers for Public Health, Military Health System, Veterans Health Administration, military treatment facilities, hearing conservation programs, auditory readiness initiatives, or other military health and public health programs.
