A Juris Doctor degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
State bar certification in Texas.
At least 3 years of premises liability, workplace injury, or related legal experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Organizational and planning skills, including time management and maintaining order.
Responsibilities
Meet with clients, take depositions, negotiate settlements, prepare for trial, and advocate for injured people.
Represent people who have suffered serious injuries due to dog attacks, unsafe property conditions, oil field accidents, construction incidents, industrial injuries, and other workplace-related negligence.
Guide and advocate for clients throughout the legal process, helping them understand their stories and the effects of their injuries on their families and livelihoods.
Work on cases for clients and protect them from being taken advantage of by insurance companies.
Provide proactive and exemplary customer service to clients and manage caseloads efficiently.
Use strategic insights to help drive the business forward.
Lead and manage a pod, developing and implementing strategies that nurture productive relationships with the support team and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Advocate assertively on behalf of clients.

You will learn your clients' stories: their fears, frustrations, and the impact these injuries have on their families and livelihoods. You will become their advocate, guide, and relentless champion throughout the legal process. What We’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA)
State bar certification in Texas
3+ years of premises liability/workplace injury experience or related legal experience
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
Multitasking – the ideal candidate should excel at juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. They should be adept at prioritizing and managing various responsibilities efficiently.

$100K - $200K base salary per year based on experience and potential.
