Rowan College at Burlington County selects CampusWorks for five-year IT managed services partnership.

Rowan College at Burlington County selects CampusWorks for five-year IT managed services partnership. July 15, 2026 MOUNT LAUREL, NJ, July 15, 2026 - Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) has selected CampusWorks to provide comprehensive IT Managed Services under a five-year partnership. The agreement reflects RCBC's commitment to strengthening its technology environment, supporting institutional priorities, and ensuring a secure, stable, and future-ready foundation for students, faculty, and staff. Under the partnership, CampusWorks will manage, maintain, and support RCBC's most critical integrated systems, including the college's Ellucian Colleague Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and associated enterprise applications; core network and server infrastructure; data centers; telephony; help desk services; and institutional cybersecurity. CampusWorks will provide dedicated on-site leadership and staff who will work in seamless cooperation with RCBC's internal teams, ensuring IT functions as a single, unified organization to the campus community. RCBC operates across its Mount Laurel and Mount Holly campuses and is one of the largest providers of fully online, accredited undergraduate college courses in the region, serving approximately 7,000 students. Rather than focusing on a single area of technology support, CampusWorks delivers a broad portfolio of services that spans enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data strategy, project management, and technology operations, enabling RCBC to access specialized expertise across multiple domains through a single strategic partner. "We were looking for more than a vendor; we wanted a true strategic partner who understands the unique demands of higher education and the complexity of our environment," said RCBC's Chief Information Officer, Dr. Martin Hoffman. "CampusWorks brings the depth of expertise, hands-on support, and collaborative approach we need to keep our core systems secure and reliable while we continue to advance our long-term technology goals." What sets CampusWorks apart as a managed services provider is the breadth and adaptability of the services it delivers to higher education institutions. This flexibility allows the company to step in where institutions need it most and to evolve alongside their changing priorities over the life of the partnership. "Leveraging technology for higher education today takes more than keeping the network running; it requires a strategic partnership of IT professionals and subject matter experts in all aspects of institutional management," said Liz Murphy, Chief Executive Officer of CampusWorks. "CampusWorks' team of seasoned functional and technology experts collaborating with RCBC will measurably improve student and employee experiences." The partnership positions RCBC to accelerate modernization, strengthen institutional resilience, and ensure technology continues to expand opportunities for the students and communities it serves across the region. About Rowan College at Burlington County Rowan College at Burlington County is a public community college serving students across Burlington County and the surrounding region from its campuses in Mount Laurel and Mount Holly, New Jersey.
