What You'll Be Doing

We are a rapidly growing equipment rental business specializing in Aerial/Construction equipment. Based in Elmira, we are expanding our footprint across Southern Ontario and are seeking top talent—high-performing, safety-driven professionals who take pride in exceptional workmanship and want to grow with a strong team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair company assets, including aerial fleet, telehandlers and construction equipment
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement effective repairs
• Restore equipment to proper working conditions in accordance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Complete accurate service and repair documentation
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and vehicle safety
• Follow and support scheduled maintenance programs

Qualifications

Core Requirements

• Dependable, professional, and consistently committed to safety
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers and coworkers

Experience, Education, Skills & Knowledge

• 10+ years of relevant mechanical experience (aerial equipment)
• Experience repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers and construction equipment
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Proven electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Strong mechanical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset
• Factory training/certification: JCB, Genie, Skyjack, Haulotte

Compensation

Placement within the wage range is based on skills, experience and qualifications.

Applicants with more or less experience and qualifications may be placed outside the salary range.

Sales positions will have a commission component as well. 

Salary Range

CAD $25.00 - CAD $45.00 /Hr.
