CyberCare
Offers AI-assisted customer support outsourcing
Hi there! We’re CyberCare - a customer care company for global tech brands and part of the Tesonet venture builder. Our team of close to 400 professionals combines AI-powered automation with a human touch to deliver smooth, stress-free experiences to millions of tech users worldwide.
We’re taking our next big step. Our AI customer care agents already handle real, high-volume support for brands like NordVPN, Surfshark and Oxylabs. Now we’re bringing them to market as a standalone product, and it’s our biggest focus.
As our first Product Marketing Manager, you’ll shape how the market understands this product, from the first positioning statement through launch and beyond. You’ll work as a two-person team with our Head of Go-to-Market, building the story, the materials and the launch from the ground up.
What makes you a strong match:
2–5 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI or customer experience technology.
You’ve owned positioning, messaging and at least one launch from start to finish.
You’ve taken an early-stage product to market or built go-to-market from scratch. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and happy to move between strategy and hands-on work on the same day.
You’re genuinely interested in AI. You follow the space and have opinions about where it’s heading.
You turn market data and customer conversations into clear insights, and you like testing ideas to see what works.
You get results through people you don’t manage, across sales, product and AI teams.
You take ownership and find answers without waiting to be told.
You’re a strong storyteller with excellent written and spoken English.
What You’ll Do:
Define product positioning, messaging, and value proposition that clearly differentiate our AI customer care agents in a crowded, fast-moving market;
Shape and execute the go-to-market strategy together with the Head of GTM, including target segments, ideal customer profile, channels, and launch plans;
Lead product launches end-to-end, coordinating with product, engineering, design, and sales teams;
Create high-quality sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, and case studies;
Turn CyberCare’s own operational experience into proof points and success stories that build trust with potential clients;
Build deep understanding of the market, buyers, and competitors in the AI customer service landscape, and use these insights to influence product roadmap and strategy;
Contribute to strategic decisions on pricing, packaging, and new segment entry;
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value, such as cost savings, faster resolution, and better customer satisfaction;
Design experiments, track GTM metrics, and use evidence, not opinion, to validate and adjust strategy.
The Perks of Joining Us:
Ownership and safe space for experiments and unique experience with an early product market launch.
Office in a great location + option to work from home twice a week after probation.
Option to work from abroad for up to 30 days per year.
Health insurance + fitness perks.
Daily snacks to keep you fueled, plus fresh pastries every Friday.
Regular team-building events to connect with your colleagues.
Access to internal online courses, Tesonet training programs, a library of books, and all the resources you need to reach your full potential.
Ability to grow within CyberCare and Tesonet.
Compensation:
Gross salary - 3100 - 4300 EUR/month.
