Requirements

Possess a strong understanding of state and federal regulations, including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO.
Be able to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms.
Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Maintain service excellence during face-to-face and telephonic encounters with patients and visitors.
