Oct 21, 2026, 08:41 ET Latest additions include Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Infiniti, Honda, and Acura, giving dealerships another channel to capture service appointments using the myKaarma scheduling technology they already rely on LONG BEACH, Calif., Oct. 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - myKaarma, the leading customer interaction and payments platform for automotive dealerships, today announced Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, INFINITI, Honda, and Acura, are among the latest additions to its growing list of OEM owner app integrations. With these new integrations, vehicle owners can now book service directly through their manufacturer's mobile app, while streamlining dealership workflows for stores, in order to provide an exceptional customer experience. For participating dealerships this allows appointments to follow the capacity and availability rules configured in their myKaarma Scheduler, keeping everything managed in one central location. Service teams receive customer and vehicle details with each booking, eliminating manual re-entry. These integrations are available to myKaarma users at no additional cost, bringing dealers an additional appointment channel and deeper manufacturer connectivity within the workflows their teams are already using. "We're continuing to build on our OEM relationships to bring more service business into dealerships," said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma. "These integrations give customers another convenient way to schedule service with their dealership, keeping that business connected to the dealer without adding more work for the service team." The latest integrations include: * Mercedes-Benz: Mercedes-Benz USA has integrated the myKaarma Scheduler into the Mercedes-Benz app, allowing vehicle owners to book dealership service without leaving the app. Built on myKaarma's Scheduler+ platform, the certified integration uses real-time dealership availability, VIN-aware scheduling, and dealer-configured service menus so customers can select services appropriate for their vehicle. * Nissan and Infiniti: Through Nissan's OneApp platform, Nissan and Infiniti vehicle owners can seamlessly schedule appointments directly from the MyNISSAN or MyINFINITI app, with bookings that fit within the dealership's configured capacity and advisor availability. The integration also supports Nissan NCAR integration for factory-recommended maintenance based on VIN and mileage, along with Pickup & Delivery options where those features are configured and enabled. * Honda and Acura: HondaLink and AcuraLink apps both include myKaarma Scheduler so owners can book service directly from their phone with their vehicle data and service history automatically synced with their dealership of choice. Dealerships get detailed ROs that are scheduled according to capacity and expected service. myKaarma earns Stellantis Mopar Service Gateway Service Lane tech certification. The certification enables real-time Mopar appointments, OEM data and diagnostics in myKaarma, streamlining advisor scheduling and check-in for Stellantis stores. Kyle Alexander is the Multimedia Journalist of AutoSuccess. Published: October 13, 2026 myKaarma, a customer interaction and payments platform for automotive dealerships, announced it has earned certification as a Service Lane Technology (SLT) partner for Stellantis' Mopar Service Gateway. The certification connects myKaarma with MSG, bringing Stellantis service appointments and OEM vehicle data into the service process and expanding the information available to dealership teams. The Stellantis MSG is an all-in-one platform integrated with certified SLT partners and designed to improve service efficiency, customer experience and workshop performance. As a certified SLT partner, myKaarma helps dealerships use the MSG platform while maintaining integration with existing dealership systems. Supported service appointments booked through Mopar.com or participating Stellantis brand sites can flow directly into myKaarma Scheduler and be compared against the dealership's advisor availability in real time. Stores using myKaarma Mobile Check-In can access data directly from the OEM, including available vehicle information, warranty coverage, existing service contracts and service history for the VIN. With a supported Mopar Diagnostic Pod, current vehicle diagnostics can also appear in Mobile Check-In. After the vehicle is connected to the pod and matched to the VIN, advisors can review available diagnostic trouble codes, mileage, tire pressure and pod status within myKaarma. "myKaarma has been a strong collaborator throughout this initiative, working closely with our team to develop innovations that support a seamless rollout for dealers and help shape a better service experience," said Darren Bradshaw, senior vice president, parts and services, Stellantis North America. "The Mopar Service Gateway is designed to make service interactions more efficient and convenient, and integrations with key SLT partners like myKaarma play an important role in delivering that value." "Technology should make the service operation easier for dealerships and better for their customers," said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma. "For Stellantis dealerships, that means making OEM intelligence easier to use without adding friction to the service lane. Our integration with Mopar Service Gateway brings that information into the technology dealers already rely on." Across its service lane technology, myKaarma supports dealership teams throughout the service experience, from scheduling and check-in to digital inspections, customer communications and payments.

myKaarma brings AI Lead Management to Ford and Lincoln dealerships.

myKaarma brings AI Lead Management to Ford and Lincoln dealerships. Search. AI Lead Management expands myKaarma's role across Ford and Lincoln service operations with intelligent booking and pre-diagnosis designed for dealerships to create more service leads and capture more business myKaarma, the leading customer interaction and payments platform for automotive dealerships, today announced the availability of its AI Lead Management solutions for Ford and Lincoln dealers. myKaarma's selection as an AI Lead Management provider for both brands expands its role across Ford and Lincoln dealership service operations. myKaarma's AI Lead Management technology connects four parts of the service workflow: answer, diagnose, schedule, and follow up. The workflow includes: * Answer: ServiceConcierge, an AI service assistant, answers customer calls and handles scheduling 24/7, including when the BDC or service team can't respond. It integrates with the dealership's service number and DMS so it knows who is calling. * Diagnose: Service Pre-Diag uses an AI-powered agent to interview customers about their concerns before they arrive, asking follow-up questions and collecting details the service team needs. * Schedule: ServiceConcierge uses the dealership's actual schedule and availability, along with VIN information, service history, parts availability, dealer op codes, and information gathered through Service Pre-Diag to identify and book the right service. * Follow up: ServiceConnect carries the workflow into follow-up, automating outreach for declined work, missed appointments, warranty updates, and recommended service through text, email, and phone, with advanced reporting that shows dealerships what's working. ServiceConcierge can book more than 20% of a dealership's appointments per month, including when the dealership is closed. By handling appointment updates and scheduling requests and reducing voicemails and calls hitting dealership teams, it can save more than 25 hours a month. Customers also spend less time on the phone, with time-to-book reduced by nearly 50% and the average appointment booked in under one minute and 30 seconds. "We're focused on applying AI where it can improve how dealerships operate and how customers experience service," said Ujj Nath, CEO of myKaarma. "By connecting customer intent with vehicle information and dealership availability, we can get the right service booked faster, reduce the work hitting dealership teams, and keep customers coming back. Our selection as an AI Lead Management provider brings more of these capabilities to Ford and Lincoln dealers as we continue advancing how AI is used throughout the service lane." myKaarma already supports Ford and Lincoln dealers across multiple areas of the service operation. The company is an approved technology provider for Ford and Lincoln dealerships for end-to-end service lane technology and a Preferred Service Lane Technology Partner. myKaarma was chosen for compatibility with Ford Commitment Program eligibility and data requirements. The AI Lead Management designation follows myKaarma's selection earlier this year as a Ford Dealer Technology Preferred Partner for its ServiceCart Premium Video MPI capability. It also builds on myKaarma's expanding OEM relationships, including its recent certification as a Service Lane Technology partner for Stellantis' Mopar Service Gateway.

MyKaarma AI tool targets diagnostic delays.

MyKaarma AI tool targets diagnostic delays. MyKaarma has introduced an AI-powered Service Pre-Diag tool that asks customers up to 25 questions by text before a vehicle reaches the shop, Automotive News reported. The company says the tool can reduce diagnostic time by about 40 minutes per repair order, giving technicians more information before they begin work. The product is aimed at one of fixed operations' most persistent bottlenecks: unclear customer complaints. When service advisors capture vague descriptions such as a noise, warning light or intermittent drivability issue, technicians often spend time recreating the concern before diagnosis can begin. A structured pre-diagnostic intake can help advisors collect symptoms, timing, photos or videos in advance, then route the repair order with more complete notes. For dealership operators, the potential impact is tied to throughput and customer satisfaction. Saving diagnostic time can increase effective shop capacity without adding technicians, while more accurate upfront information may reduce miscommunication between customers, advisors and the shop. Automotive News reported that early adopters have seen fewer comebacks and higher satisfaction, though it did not cite a broad industry benchmark. Dealers should watch whether AI-assisted intake tools become integrated more deeply with DMS, scheduling and multipoint inspection systems, and whether measurable gains hold up across high-volume service departments.
