What believers are saying

  • Factor Eleven launched Germany’s drive-to-store solution in 2025 and sells it in France.
  • The company added Christian von Hegel in May 2025, signaling stronger brand execution.
  • BVDW named F11 in Germany’s first retail-media landscape, boosting credibility with retailers.

What critics are saying

  • Amazon, Walmart, Google, and Meta compress budgets and erode F11 differentiation fast.

  • If drive-to-store lift proves weak, SMB advertisers abandon F11 for native platforms.

What makes Factor Eleven unique

  • Factor Eleven’s KPI-based drive-to-store platform ties ads to store revenue.
  • Armira backed Factor Eleven in February 2023, funding European expansion and hiring.
  • Five-market European footprint and retail-media focus separate F11 from generic adtech.
