Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control roles supporting construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with federal or Department of Defense projects in secure environments.
  • Ability to interpret and review technical documentation and specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of the project-specific Quality Management System.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans aligned with contract requirements.
  • Manage document control, records management, and nonconformance tracking.
  • Initiate and oversee Corrective and Preventive Actions.
  • Establish and execute the 3-Phase Quality Control Program, including Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up phases.
  • Conduct and manage inspections, audits, and weekly quality reporting.
  • Track and resolve discrepancies, deficiencies, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure full understanding of scope and quality expectations.
  • Review engineering deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and submittals, for compliance.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspection and testing agencies.
  • Support Operational Risk Management activities related to quality.
  • Oversee material receipt inspections and verification processes.
  • Manage punch lists and project closeout quality activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality best practices across the project.
