About the job
- At least 3 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in recruitment; experience in an international and industrial environment is desirable.
- Proficiency in sourcing and direct-approach techniques, including professional social networks and recruitment tools.
- Proficiency in English and the local language; additional languages are an asset.
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation capabilities, with a customer- and business-oriented approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a demanding, fast-paced environment while demonstrating discretion, ethics, curiosity, and intercultural awareness.
- Applications must be submitted in English.
- Manage the full recruitment process, from opening a position with the manager through final interviews and, depending on scope, preparing and negotiating the offer.
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies, channels, and sourcing methods suited to their needs.
- Identify and directly approach candidates through active sourcing, including professional social networks.
- Collaborate with People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Tax teams to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly.
- Contribute to local employer-brand initiatives, including recruitment fairs, school and university relations, and other talent-attraction activities.
- Travel to all company sites as required.
- Experience in an international and industrial environment.
