Requirements
  • You have spent at least one (1) year selling, or 3+ years in another industry and want to get into sales.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Drive top-of-funnel volume through cold calls, emails, and follow-through, with a target of 400+ dials per week.
  • Research and identify high-potential nonprofits and universities that could benefit from Instrumentl but are not yet in the pipeline.
  • Partner with Account Executives to build and work targeted account lists.
  • Book a consistent volume of qualified demos each week by leading with curiosity and customer empathy.
  • Track account and decision-maker details in the customer relationship management system to set the sales team up to close.
  • Surface insights and blockers from prospect conversations to sharpen the pitch and inform the broader team.

The platform combines data-driven grant matching, deadline tracking, and reporting in one integrated workflow for a wide range of clients. The goal is to save time and increase efficiency in grant work, helping clients maximize funding and reduce administrative burdens.
