- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support or endpoint engineering.

- Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune-enrolled Windows, macOS, and mobile endpoints across the global workforce.
- Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows in Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, including onboarding, secure offboarding, and access controls.
- Build and maintain standardized operating system images, deployment profiles, and configuration policies using Intune and Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
- Provide Tier 2 desktop support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues, resolving service desk escalations within defined service-level agreements.
- Monitor endpoint compliance, patch status, and security posture dashboards, and proactively remediate non-compliant devices.
- Manage software packaging, testing, and deployment through Intune and Company Portal, maintaining an up-to-date application catalog.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, VPN configurations, printing infrastructure, and collaboration tools.
- Document standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and runbooks for common support scenarios.
- Collaborate with Security Operations to investigate and remediate endpoint-related security incidents and vulnerability findings.
- Track and manage the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement coordination, inventory tracking, warranty management, and secure disposal.
- Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, AZ-900, or SC-900.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automating repetitive IT tasks.
- Familiarity with zero-trust security models and endpoint detection and response tools.

Billtrust, a company developing a platform to automate the invoice-to-cash process, today announced that it agreed to be acquired by EQT, the Sweden-based private equity firm, for $1.7 billion in an all-cash deal. Approved by Billtrust’s board of directors, the transaction is expected to close in Q1 2023 subject to the green light from Billtrust’s shareholders and regulators.
