Requirements
  • Senior-level executive and program coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of Department of Defense administrative processes and correspondence.
  • Experience with task and suspense management.
  • Experience with records and document management.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous simultaneous efforts and deadlines.
  • Ability to handle Controlled Unclassified Information, proprietary information, acquisition-sensitive information, and other sensitive information.
Responsibilities
  • Lead administrative and program coordination support across the organization.
  • Coordinate taskers, meetings, agendas, minutes, staffing packages, correspondence, and suspense tracking.
  • Support personnel in-processing, organization charts, rosters, records, purchase requests, travel and visitor coordination, and office operations.
  • Administer or support ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, SharePoint, OneNote, and related government systems.
  • Coordinate and standardize administrative processes across teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Current PAE MP/DHA incumbent Program Coordinator or Administrative Team Lead.
  • Experience with ETMS-2, LINCS, EDMS, ATAAPS, and SharePoint.
  • Experience at Fort Detrick.
  • DHA tasker and staff-action experience.
