StreamSettle joins Guidewire Vanguard Program to accelerate claims settlement. StreamSettle Sep 28, 2026, 06:00 ET StreamSettle joins Guidewire Vanguard Program to bring triple-blind settlement technology to P&C carriers, cutting litigation cycle times and claims costs. CYPRESS, Texas, Sept. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ - StreamSettle, the industry's first triple-blind deal detection software for claims settlement, announced that the company has joined the Guidewire Insurtech Vanguards program, an insurtech incubator from Guidewire (NYSE: GWRE), the platform P&C insurers trust to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently. "Guidewire is the gold standard for P&C innovation, and we are honored to be named as an Insurtech Vanguard," says Chrysa Jones, COO, StreamSettle. "For decades, negotiation posturing has cost the industry millions in unnecessary litigation. We are proud to bring our triple-blind deal detection software to the Guidewire ecosystem, empowering carriers to cut through years of litigation and the associated costs." Insurtech Vanguards is a community of select startups and technology providers that are bringing novel solutions to the P&C industry. As part of the program, Guidewire provides strategic guidance to and advocates for the participating insurtechs, while connecting them with the Guidewire customer community. "We are thrilled to welcome StreamSettle to our Insurtech Vanguards community," said Laura Drabik, Chief Evangelist, Guidewire. "Their innovative approach enables insurers to identify settlement opportunities early, avoiding the risks and costs of unnecessary litigation while driving measurable value through improved cycle times and reduced loss adjustment expense." StreamSettle utilizes patent-pending, triple-blind encryption protocols to securely and confidentially test for overlap in disputing parties' True Settlement Thresholds (the number they'd be willing to settle for but would not say aloud to their opponent). When an overlap is detected, the parties have a binding settlement at the mathematical midpoint. If there's no overlap, no numbers are revealed, no fees are charged, and no leverage is lost, making StreamSettle uniquely risk-free. About StreamSettle StreamSettle was built by board-certified trial attorney Joe Jones, who grew tired of settling claims after years of costly litigation, for an amount that everyone would have been happy with at the beginning of the claim's life cycle. There just had to be a way to test for settlement overlaps without either side showing their cards. And thus, the idea of blind threshold testing was born. More than half of the claims that are negotiated on the StreamSettle platform reach immediate resolution, with 76% of those settlements captured pre-lit. The mission behind StreamSettle is to resolve claims before suit is even filed and catch the rest at their earliest mathematical possibility. For more information, visit www.streamsettle.com.
