- Review construction progress.
- Monitor the preparation and provision of construction preparation documents and concepts.
- Monitor detailed construction planning performed by supervisors and subcontractors.
- Oversee subcontractor reporting and provide input to site manager reporting.
- Coordinate and exchange experience with site staff functions and other project teams and departments.
- Coordinate work performed by subcontractors or other business partners within the scope.
- Ensure daily and weekly meetings with contractors are held and documented.
- Verify technical, schedule, and cost change requests; capture lessons learned; and present proposals for decisions to the SM and PCM.
- Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of deviations and claims.
- Coordinate intermediate inspections and Mechanical & Electrical Completion tests and TOPs.
- Understand and comply with HSE requirements relevant to the role.
