About the job

Requirements
  • 10+ years in project management, program management, or delivery management, including ownership of concurrent cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated hands-on ownership of Jira as the system of record for a delivery portfolio, including configuring, maintaining, and reporting from it.
  • Experience coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones, including North America and EMEA.
  • Experience running delivery cadences such as stand-ups, sprint or roadmap reviews, and retrospectives, and producing status reporting for senior audiences.
  • Experience working directly with senior stakeholders, including chasing commitments and escalating constructively.
  • Experience in a business systems, revenue operations, sales operations, or technology delivery environment.
  • Excellent written communication in English, with the ability to summarize status and risk concisely.
  • Jira skills, including boards, workflows, custom fields, JQL queries, filters, dashboards, and bulk import and export for backlog maintenance.
  • Confluence or an equivalent documentation platform.
  • Strong spreadsheet capability for backlog manipulation, effort tracking, and reporting.
  • Slack or equivalent collaboration tooling, used for structured project communication rather than ad hoc messaging.
  • Working understanding of CRM concepts and data structures sufficient to scope requests accurately and challenge vague requirements.
  • Self-directed ability to assess an unfamiliar environment, identify where to start, and begin delivering without waiting for a structured brief.
  • Relentless follow-through so that nothing agreed in a meeting quietly disappears.
  • Comfort holding senior people to commitments without escalating unnecessarily or backing down when it matters.
  • Sound judgement on what to escalate, when, and to whom.
  • Calm and organized approach when priorities change mid-cycle.
  • Bias toward clarity, including clear dates, owners, next steps, and named trade-offs.
  • Genuine interest in how a revenue organization operates beyond the mechanics of project tracking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must maintain daily working overlap with EMEA and regular overlap with North America; some meetings will fall in the early evening India time.
Responsibilities
  • Own the Revenue Operations project backlog in Jira as the single accountable person for its accuracy, structure, and currency.
  • Maintain completeness of required fields on every ticket, including assignee, effort, impact, ELT sponsor, functional sponsor, priority, target date, and confidence level, and run a regular triage cadence to close gaps.
  • Run team stand-ups, including agenda, follow-ups, and documented actions.
  • Track delivery dates and confidence levels across the portfolio, and escalate items trending toward a slip early enough that the date can be defended or renegotiated deliberately.
  • Produce recurring delivery reporting for Revenue Operations leadership and executive stakeholders, including weekly progress summaries and the monthly roadmap view organized by executive sponsor.
  • Directly manage a defined subset of projects end to end, including scoping, planning, coordination, delivery, and closeout.
  • Maintain the distinction between business-as-usual requests and project work so that ad hoc demand does not silently consume roadmap capacity.
  • Partner with each Revenue Operations function to drive its projects, providing project management discipline so specialists can focus on their discipline.
  • Support Deal Desk quote-to-cash process improvements, CPQ and order form changes, bookings policy updates, and coordination across Sales, Legal, and Finance.
  • Coordinate Business Intelligence dashboard and reporting delivery, including requirements capture, stakeholder review of wireframes, user acceptance, and launch communication.
  • Support GTM Systems release planning and execution, including testing coordination, documentation, enablement, and post-release validation across Salesforce and the wider GTM stack.
  • Support Sales Operations planning cycles, territory and quota coordination, forecasting process changes, and recurring commercial operating rhythms.
  • Support GTM Strategy programs and executive deliverables, including coordination of board, steering committee, and monthly operating review content.
  • Identify and drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies between Revenue Operations teams.
  • Act as the coordination point between Revenue Operations and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships.
  • Schedule and drive working sessions, reviews, and follow-ups that keep projects moving, ensuring the right people are present.
  • Hold stakeholders outside Revenue Operations accountable for inputs, approvals, and testing commitments, escalating through the Director, GTM Strategy where required.
  • Communicate status, changes, and delays clearly and early so stakeholders are informed about missed dates before deliverables are absent.
  • Ensure delivered work is communicated to beneficiary teams so improvements are adopted.
  • Operate the intake process for new Revenue Operations requests, ensuring each is captured with enough detail to be scoped and prioritized.
  • Support the Director, GTM Strategy and VP, Revenue Operations in prioritization decisions by maintaining a current, accurate view of committed work and available capacity.
  • When new priority work is accepted, document what is deferred so that trade-offs are explicit.
  • Track effort and cycle time to build an evidence base for future capacity and headcount planning.
  • Maintain project documentation, decision logs, runbooks, and process documentation so knowledge does not sit exclusively with individuals.
  • Define and improve delivery standards, templates, and ways of working, including Jira configuration, workflows, and reporting views.
  • Run retrospectives on significant deliveries and convert findings into operational changes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring project reporting and administration, including through available AI tooling.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS go-to-market organization.
  • Agile or Scrum delivery experience, including backlog grooming and sprint planning.
  • Experience supporting Deal Desk, Business Intelligence, or CRM systems teams.
  • Experience in a post-merger or systems integration environment where priorities shift frequently.
  • Experience building or improving an intake and prioritization process from a low baseline.
  • Jira administration or configuration, including automation rules.
  • Salesforce familiarity, including the release and sandbox lifecycle.
  • Business intelligence tooling such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Use of AI tooling to automate recurring reporting, summarization, and backlog analysis.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.

Kaon Interactive, Showpad partner to boost buyer engagement.

Kaon Interactive, Showpad partner to boost buyer engagement. The partnership combines Showpad's revenue effectiveness platform with Kaon's immersive interactive buyer experiences. Kaon Interactive, Inc. announced a strategic partnership with Showpad designed to help enterprise organisations close the revenue effectiveness gap through centralised, personalised, and interactive buyer experiences embedded directly into the seller workflow. B2B buying behaviour has changed fundamentally. Enterprise buyers increasingly evaluate complex solutions independently, often long before engaging with sales. Yet despite major investment in CRM, sales enablement, and content management platforms, many organisations still rely on static collateral to communicate value across distributed buying groups. The partnership combines Showpad's revenue effectiveness platform with Kaon's immersive interactive buyer experiences, helping organisations deliver personalised insights and clearer value understanding to every stakeholder across the buying group. It ensures CFOs, IT leaders, procurement teams, technical evaluators, operational stakeholders, and executive sponsors each receive the context they need, even after the seller leaves the room. "Most sales enablement platforms organise content. Very few transform how buyers understand complex value," said Dana Drissel, Chief Marketing Officer at Kaon Interactive. "This partnership enables organisations to create personalised, self-guided experiences that help buying committees explore solutions, validate ROI, and build internal confidence across every stage of the decision-making process." Gartner reports that 86% of B2B customers expect companies to be well-informed about their personal information during interactions. That expectation extends beyond personalisation - it requires delivering relevant, role-specific value to every member of the buying committee. The combined solution gives enterprise sales and marketing teams a centralised environment to deliver: * Interactive buyer experiences embedded directly into the seller workflow * Role-based 3D product storytelling * Personalised digital sales rooms for buying committees * AI-guided self-discovery journeys for independent buyers * Interactive ROI and value-selling experiences * One centralised hub for demos, value messaging, and content * Buyer engagement analytics and utilisation tracking * Personalised exploration beyond static content and video The partnership addresses one of the fastest-growing challenges in enterprise selling: buying decisions are now made collaboratively, digitally, and asynchronously across multiple departments, often without direct seller involvement. Traditional collateral frequently fails to provide the personalisation, interactivity, and contextual relevance needed to sustain buyer confidence and momentum throughout long enterprise sales cycles. Together, Kaon Interactive and Showpad help organisations create scalable buyer engagement experiences that accelerate understanding, improve internal alignment, strengthen value retention, and increase visibility into buyer intent and engagement. The combined solution supports enterprise organisations across life sciences, enterprise IT, healthcare technology, industrial manufacturing, automation, and infrastructure markets. Showpad joined How to Web Conference to showcase its culture in Romania, attract talent, and give back to the community.

Showpad joined How to Web Conference to showcase its culture in Romania, attract talent, and give back to the community. ABOUT SHOWPAD. Showpad is a global AI-native Revenue Effectiveness & Enablement Platform with Belgian roots and a strong engineering and product presence in Romania. When reaching out to How to Web, they had just opened a development center in Romania, as part of their effort to grow and establish a local team. THE CHALLENGE. When Showpad decided to join How to Web Conference, its main priority was to build stronger brand awareness in the local market. At the time, the company was hiring for multiple roles within a relatively tight timeframe, which made visibility especially important. Showpad needed to become better known not only as an employer, but also for its culture, in order to attract strong talent and build meaningful connections in the startup ecosystem. As the company expanded locally, three priorities stood out: strengthening its product-first employer brand, attracting high-quality talent with an ownership mindset, and building closer ties with the Romanian startup and tech ecosystem. How to Web was a natural fit because it aligned closely with the values that define Showpad: a product mindset, a builder mentality, a strong community orientation, and a genuine desire to give back to the startup ecosystem. THE solution. What made How to Web the right fit for Showpad's growth objectives How to Web supported Showpad's local growth by combining brand visibility, talent connection, and ecosystem positioning in a single, coordinated effort. Before the conference, they facilitated introductions to relevant tech talent in Romania and helped position Showpad as a product-led company with a strong engineering and product culture. They also promoted content about Showpad's evolution and AI use cases, increasing visibility in the local tech ecosystem. During the conference, How to Web provided a strong platform for employer branding, positioning Showpad as a technology leader in Romania and reinforcing its image around innovation and culture. The collaboration also strengthened internal perception within Showpad, helping the Bucharest team gain visibility internally and reinforcing pride and cultural alignment. It supported Showpad's positioning of Romania as a hub capable of delivering both engineering and strategic product roles. Overall, How to Web acted as a bridge between Showpad's global organization and the Romanian tech ecosystem, supporting hiring, visibility, and strategic hub development through a high-quality, low-friction collaboration. What else beyond formal engagements made an impact Beyond the core activations, the partnership delivered additional value across multiple areas. Executives were able to engage directly with the community, the brand was represented consistently across materials and conversations, and the team stayed close to discussions around product building, mentorship, and startup growth. Because How to Web quickly understood Showpad's positioning, the company felt accurately represented without needing to closely manage every touchpoint. The impact also extended well beyond event visibility: introductions through How to Web sparked conversations with startups and potential partners, while the broader community created opportunities for mentorship and long-term relationship building, allowing Showpad to contribute back to the ecosystem. THE results. | Employer brand · Talent attraction | How to Web helped Showpad associate its name with product thinking and made it easier to open conversations with strong candidates, partners, and recruiting support. | | Executive trust · Local market validation | By bringing global leaders into the conference context, Showpad created direct exposure to the Romanian ecosystem and reinforced internally that the local hub could carry strategic product ownership. | | Relevant candidates · Hiring momentum | The event generated qualified candidates, including senior product conversations that advanced in the conference context and reduced the trust gap in late-stage hiring. | | Startup introductions · Partnerships | The collaboration led to valuable conversations and early partnerships with startups such as DesignVerse and Genezio, extending the relationship well beyond event visibility. | | Community credibility · Long-term presence | Showpad became part of a product-first community it genuinely wanted to support, strengthening both its external reputation and the pride of its internal team. | Why How to Web. For Showpad, How to Web stood out because it combined employer branding, product-community credibility, executive-level networking, and genuine long-term partnership. Rather than feeling like a one-off sponsorship, it became a practical way to strengthen the company's local presence while also contributing to the ecosystem it wanted to grow alongside. How To Web received a lot of positive feedback about Showpad's image in Bucharest. Culture is one of the company's strongest assets, and it's extremely valuable to have platforms where you can showcase it authentically. I believe How to Web helped position How To Web as a technology leader that values both innovation and organizational culture. Showpad defines the modern ai-native revenue effectiveness category with first end-to-end platform for Field Sales organizations.

Showpad defines the modern ai-native revenue effectiveness category with first end-to-end platform for Field Sales organizations. GlobeNewswire | Showpad Today at 3:03am PDT WALTHAM, Mass., April 14, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Showpad today announced the launch of its AI-native revenue effectiveness platform, establishing a new category standard for how field sales organizations drive execution, consistency, and growth. Showpad is now a single AI-native platform that brings together the four pillars of revenue effectiveness - content management, sales readiness, buyer engagement, and revenue intelligence - to recapture time and revenue lost due to inefficiencies and execution in the field. Field sales environments are inherently complex, spanning thousands of products, evolving regulations, and highly dynamic buyer interactions. According to research by Forrester, instead of actively selling, representatives waste on average about 14 out of 51 hours a week on administrative tasks such as navigating fragmented systems, manually managing information, and doing repetitive administrative work. Unlike generic AI tools, Showpad with GenieAI is purpose-built for complex, field-selling organizations in manufacturing, consumer packaged goods, and medical devices. It's grounded in trusted, first-party company data and knowledge, as well as specialized workflows that enable organizations to automate high-value sales activities, accelerate deal cycles, improve win rates, and elevate buyer experiences. Sellers using Showpad have seen a median quota achievement that is up to 44% higher. "Showpad moved us beyond fragmented tools to a unified AI-native system that helps ensure every field rep can perform like our top 10 percent," said Dave Barker, Senior Director of Global Sales Training at Syneos Health. "GenieAI goes beyond information delivery, providing both automation and impactful coaching that lets our selling team focus on high-value buyer interactions." Closing the Execution Gap in Field Sales "Legacy sales enablement and revenue technologies remain fragmented, while generic AI solutions fail to capture the realities of field selling," said Apratim Purakayastha, CEO of Showpad. "Showpad is defining a new standard for revenue effectiveness where AI is not just generating insights, but actively driving execution. With GenieAI at the core and deep expertise across more than 2,000 customers, we are helping organizations close the gap between strategy and execution in the field." Agentic AI Automation Grounded in Trusted Data At the core of the platform is Showpad's Effectiveness Data+Trust Layer, which ensures that all AI-driven actions are grounded in approved content, real customer interactions, and proven sales behaviors. By unifying first-party data across systems into a single authoritative model, Showpad enables AI agents to move beyond analysis and reliably automate mission-critical workflows, significantly reducing the risks of hallucination or misalignment. This foundation allows organizations to scale best practices, ensure compliance, and deliver consistent, high-quality buyer experiences across every interaction. "Field sales have long lacked true revenue effectiveness, with too much value lost between strategy and execution. Showpad's approach demonstrates leadership in bringing AI, data, and execution together to address that gap," said Jim Lundy, Founder, CEO, and Lead Analyst at Aragon Research. New GenieAI-Powered Experiences The platform introduces a new generation of AI-powered experiences designed to embed execution directly into the flow of work: Genie Assistant A conversational interface that provides instant access to trusted knowledge, generates summaries and follow-ups, enables fast creation of reusable agents, and supports sellers in real-time customer interactions - fully aligned with company-approved content and messaging - on mobile and desktop devices. | Roleplay AI An always-on coaching environment that simulates realistic buyer conversations and delivers immediate feedback, helping sellers build confidence, refine messaging, and accelerate readiness. Revenue and enablement leaders can use Genie Assistant and Roleplay AI to rapidly respond to and create new simulations when and where needed. | Field Meeting AI A field-execution-focused AI solution that captures meeting outcomes, voice memos, and meeting documents; updates CRM systems and other revenue-related systems automatically when the seller is fresh out of a meeting; and provides visibility into pipeline health and content performance, reducing administrative burden while improving forecast accuracy. | Authoring AI AI-powered content creation that enables teams to rapidly generate, adapt, and localize sales materials while ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment with brand and messaging standards. About Showpad Showpad is the leader in revenue effectiveness, helping organizations in complex, field-driven industries turn strategy into execution and execution into measurable growth. Purpose-built for industrial organizations such as manufacturers, consumer packaged goods companies, and medical device companies, Showpad's AI-native platform unifies content management, sales readiness, buyer engagement, and revenue intelligence into a single system of execution. Powered by GenieAI and grounded in trusted first-party data, Showpad enables revenue teams to automate workflows, scale winning behaviors, and reclaim lost revenue across every customer interaction. More than 2,000 global organizations rely on Showpad to drive consistent, high-impact performance in the field. This is a paid placement. For further inquiries, please contact GlobeNewswire directly.
