- Very good command of Chinese and English sufficient to conduct negotiations and communicate freely; this is mandatory.

- Ability to collaborate with various company departments and locations.
- Experience working with suppliers in Asia, particularly China.
- Knowledge of import processes, Incoterms, and international logistics.
- Develop and implement a central procurement strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and source new suppliers.
- Monitor costs, initiate cost-saving actions, and enforce budget discipline.
- Supervise supplier selection and evaluation processes.
- Optimize procurement processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with various organizational locations and departments.
- Own strategic procurement categories, including cooperation with the Chinese market.
- Participate in investment projects.
- Report procurement results to the board and headquarters.
- Manage supply-chain risks, including timeliness, quality, and continuity of supply.
- Analyze international markets and procurement trends.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
