About the job

Requirements
  • Use AI tools daily to analyze customer data and automate repetitive work without replacing critical thinking; experience with MCPs and agents is required.
  • Have administrator-level fluency in Shopify and subscription management platforms such as SKIO or comparable tools.
  • Proactively identify underperforming areas and optimize them.
  • Quality-assure and rigorously test implementations until issues are resolved.
  • Navigate ambiguity, create structured execution plans to validate hypotheses, and align cross-functional partners.
  • Translate technical complexities and details clearly for non-technical partners.
  • Maintain a high bar for rigorous, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Own the post-purchase product experience by driving the retention program lifecycle and core operating systems, including onboarding, subscription management, post-purchase education, and loyalty programs.
  • Optimize early user experiences so new customers reach the “aha!” moment and realize core product value quickly.
  • Build features and experiences such as streaks, reminders, triggers, loyalty programs, and personalized re-engagement campaigns to make daily usage part of customers’ longevity routines.
  • Manage the subscriber account experience end to end and direct digital product touchpoints that affect user lifetime value; map customer journeys to eliminate friction and proactively mitigate churn.
  • Lead subscription platform strategy, using data-driven decision-making and cohort-based analytical frameworks to evaluate, select, and optimize subscription systems.
  • Formulate testable hypotheses to isolate retention bottlenecks; structure A/B tests and experiments, validate assumptions, extract insights, iterate on findings, and own business outcomes.
  • Proactively monitor data health to catch, diagnose, and resolve breakages before they affect reporting or outcomes.
  • Use existing AI tools and evaluate emerging technologies to automate repetitive work and analyze large data sets while maintaining critical thinking and domain expertise.

About the company

OneSkin develops premium skincare products powered by OS-01, a peptide that targets cellular senescence to slow skin aging. OS-01 works by preventing buildup of senescent cells, supporting tissue repair, and boosting collagen and hyaluronic acid markers, with lab tests showing thicker epidermis and reduced biological age in skin models. The company differentiates itself by grounding its products in senotherapy science, validating effects in lab models, and combining a direct-to-consumer, subscription-driven model with Amazon and professional channels. Its goal is to expand internationally, develop new products, and advance clinical studies to further validate OS-01 and extend skin health.

What believers are saying

  • Prelude Growth's August 2025 $20 million round funds product development, clinical trials, and hiring.
  • OneSkin expanded its professional-partner program in 2025, opening dermatology and aesthetician channels.
  • Carolina Reis Oliveira's March 2026 Inc. Female Founders 500 recognition strengthens recruiting and brand credibility.

What critics are saying

  • Amazon and DTC keep OneSkin exposed to platform dependence and brutal paid-acquisition economics.
  • Premium pricing, $117 face moisturizer in September 2026, narrows the audience versus mass skincare.
  • If OS-01 clinical claims disappoint, OneSkin loses its only durable moat and buyer trust.

What makes OneSkin unique

  • OS-01 peptide differentiates OneSkin with published senescence-targeting skin-aging research in 2024.
  • Carolina Reis Oliveira and Alessandra Zonari combine immunology, stem-cell biology, and tissue-engineering expertise.
  • OneSkin sells clinically tested, premium DTC products and a U.S. professional wholesale program.
