Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through offer acceptance for corporate-level positions.
  • Recruit candidates for hard-to-fill roles across more than 60 locations.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, talent pools, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, general managers, and human resources contacts to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Build professional relationships with location leaders.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and role fit.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout recruitment, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience during interviews.
  • Handle pre-employment processes and support a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Post job advertisements and monitor their performance and effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for recruiting partners.
  • Establish new recruiting partnerships, leverage existing partnerships, and monitor their effectiveness to optimize recruitment strategies.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, college job fairs, and other recruitment events to promote the employer brand and attract candidates; ensure dealership participation in local recruitment events.
  • Collect and manage contact information and resumes from potential candidates, follow up promptly, and enter candidate information into the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage daily iCIMS applicant tracking system requests and concerns, assist with dealership recruiting requests, provide support and guidance, and escalate requests to the human resources manager as necessary.
  • Use human resources information systems, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools to streamline processes, maintain data accuracy, build talent pools, and ensure compliance with human resources policies and regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between Corporate and dealerships for recruiting needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support the human resources team in engagement efforts, including developing and executing strategies to enhance retention.
