Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • At least 2 years of logistics field experience is required, preferably in medical logistics.
  • Must be familiar with and able to navigate and use MMIS.
  • Must pass client background screening for security clearance.
  • Must be willing to travel if required.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Provide logistical oversight and inventory management for the 27 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Response Enterprise.
  • Ensure accurate SLEP and DMLSS statistics and communicate SLEP-related updates to affected units, AFMED, and NGB/SGX.
  • Conduct monthly reviews and provide monthly reports to the Contracting Officer's Representative on SLEP and DMLSS inventory records.
  • Function as the logistical SLEP coordinator.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Track and document the usage of medical materials.
  • Assist in procuring medical supplies and equipment.
  • Perform program management and oversight, effective communication, integrated collaboration, and strategic readiness reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
