Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • TSC's July 2025 and January 2026 profiles still show active hiring and operations.
  • Partnerships like Zaion added AI callbots, strengthening automation offerings for 2026 prospects.
  • Foundever's August 2026 recapitalization extended maturities to 2030-2031, reducing near-term financial stress.

What critics are saying

  • Foundever cut nearly $900 million debt on August 17, 2026; balance-sheet pressure persists.
  • Laurent Uberti and Olivier Camino exited July 31, 2026, creating leadership uncertainty.
  • Foundever could fold TSC into broader delivery, erasing the TSC brand entirely.

What makes TSC unique

  • TSC combines CX strategy, design, and build for digital channels, not pure consulting.
  • The agency specializes in chatbots, social media, and self-service, matching digital-first brands.
  • Its Foundever parent gives access to global CX operations and enterprise accounts.
