- Become an expert in Pointr’s product suite, help clients get the most from the technology, and bring client feedback to the product team.
- Communicate proactively and clearly, keeping clients informed throughout the delivery process.
- BS or MS degree in a relevant technology or management field; Computer Science is a plus.
- Experience with project management tools including Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
