Patient Services Registrar Lead

• Perform advanced registration and administrative duties with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate daily workflow by assigning, organizing, and delegating tasks to registration team members
• Develop staff rotations, including workstation assignments, break schedules, and coverage planning
• Act as the first point of contact for staff support, issue resolution, and interdepartmental collaboration
• Monitor registration quality, identify errors, and provide real-time coaching and corrective feedback
• Provide leadership with feedback on employee performance and development opportunities
• Promote a positive and engaged work culture through clear expectations and recognition
• Maintain ownership of productivity, worklists, and performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Model professionalism, strong customer service, teamwork, and patient-centered care
• Demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Maintain flexible availability to support operational needs (Monday–Friday with variable hours)

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Proficiency in computer systems and ability to navigate multiple platforms
• Experience with Cerner preferred
• Previous healthcare experience required
• Strong customer service and phone communication skills required
• Demonstrated leadership and team coordination abilities

The final pay rate offered may be more than the posted range based on several factors including but not limited to: licensure, certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
