B. Riley Securities has appointed Patrice McNicoll as Co-President and Head of Capital Markets and Matt Feinberg as Co-Head of Investment Banking. Both executives are returning to the firm after previously holding leadership positions there. McNicoll and Feinberg bring decades of dealmaking experience, having originated and executed billions of dollars in capital markets transactions including public equity and debt offerings, institutional private placements and strategic advisory mandates. During their previous tenures at B. Riley Securities, they led high-profile financings across infrastructure, healthcare, real estate, power and technology sectors. Most recently, both held leadership positions at Yorkville Securities, where McNicoll served as Co-CEO and Feinberg as Co-Head of Investment Banking. They will partner with Joe Nardini, Co-President and Head of Investment Banking, to accelerate growth.
B. Riley Securities has expanded its New York institutional sales and trading desk with two senior hires. Seamus O'Neill returns to the firm as senior sales trader, bringing over 30 years of experience in institutional equity and options markets, most recently from Outset Global. TJ Bealko joins the institutional equity sales team after nearly a decade at Bank of America and RBC Capital Markets. He brings extensive capital markets expertise and relationships within the hedge fund community. The additions strengthen B. Riley Securities' bi-coastal institutional presence following its 2025 San Francisco expansion. The investment bank aims to deepen client coverage and enhance distribution capabilities for its research-driven services across equity offerings, debt solutions, M&A advisory and corporate restructuring.
