  • Ability to pass a federal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, briefing preparation, and executive correspondence.
  • Draft, edit, and maintain reports, documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations for leadership.
  • Coordinate daily operations and project activities related to Digitization Support Services, including workflow tracking and status reporting.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison between Office of Trust Records leadership, Digital Center of Excellence supervisors, American Indian Records Repository staff, and contractor project managers.
  • Support execution of standard operating procedures and administrative processes for document preparation, reassembly, digitization, and quality control operations.
  • Monitor workload demands, prepare supporting documentation, and help leadership balance priorities across day-to-day and special project needs.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as file handling, inventory tracking, making copies, and preparing materials for digitization workflows.
  • Coordinate logistics at the American Indian Records Repository, including equipment needs, supply management, and space organization.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
