Requirements
  • The candidate must have 10+ years of experience in information security, with deep expertise across vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, red team, or offensive security, preferably within financial services or another regulated enterprise environment.
  • The candidate must have experience leading or executing red team and adversary emulation engagements, including planning, execution, and translating findings into actionable remediation.
  • The candidate must have hands-on experience running vulnerability management programs and platforms, including discovery, risk-based prioritization, and remediation tracking across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments, preferably for a global organization.
  • The candidate must have strong threat intelligence experience, including collecting, analyzing, and operationalizing threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures and emerging vulnerabilities, mapped to frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated threat hunting experience across endpoint, network, and cloud telemetry to proactively detect malicious activity and systemic weaknesses.
  • The candidate must have strong hands-on scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or a similar language to support testing, analysis, and automation of offensive and proactive security workflows.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of offensive security tooling and techniques, including command-and-control frameworks, exploitation, penetration testing methodologies, and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures emulation.
  • The candidate must have a strong understanding of cybersecurity operations, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud security, and security monitoring concepts.
  • The candidate must be familiar with governance models, control requirements, auditability, and risk management practices applicable to automation in a regulated environment.
  • The candidate must be able to collaborate with security engineers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to drive prioritized remediation and risk reduction aligned to operational priorities.
  • The candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to explain technical concepts, threats, risks, and remediation priorities to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • The candidate must have a BS or MS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mature the enterprise vulnerability management program, including discovery, risk-based prioritization, remediation tracking, and reporting across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments.
  • Direct threat intelligence operations by collecting and analyzing intelligence on threat actors, tactics, techniques, and procedures, and emerging vulnerabilities to inform defensive priorities and proactive hunting.
  • Plan and lead threat hunting campaigns that proactively identify malicious activity, misconfigurations, and systemic weaknesses across endpoint, network, and cloud environments.
  • Design and lead red team and adversary emulation exercises that replicate real-world attacker tactics to test detection, response, and control effectiveness across the enterprise.
  • Translate findings from vulnerability management, threat intelligence, hunting, and red team activity into clear, prioritized, and actionable remediation guidance for engineering and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Security Operations, incident response, and infrastructure teams to drive closure of identified weaknesses and continuously improve the firm's security posture.
  • Establish metrics, reporting, and governance that measure risk reduction, remediation timeliness, and the effectiveness of the firm's offensive and proactive security programs.
  • Develop and mentor a team of analysts and engineers across vulnerability management, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and red team functions.
  • Leverage automation, artificial intelligence-enabled tooling, and workflow orchestration to scale vulnerability triage, threat analysis, and hunting while maintaining accuracy, auditability, and control.
  • Contribute to standards, playbooks, documentation, and controls that promote consistency, repeatability, and shared ownership across the firm's proactive and offensive security functions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management platforms, security information and event management, endpoint detection and response or extended detection and response, threat intelligence platforms, and offensive security tooling such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, BloodHound, Nmap, and Burp Suite.
  • Experience applying artificial intelligence or large language model-based tooling to security workflows, such as automated triage, enrichment, or human-in-the-loop analysis, as a supplement to core offensive and threat capabilities.
  • Experience assessing cloud security, containerization, and infrastructure as code from an offensive or adversarial perspective.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSEP, GXPN, GPEN, GCIH, GCTI, GREM, CISSP, or CISM.
  • Experience working in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build playbooks, documentation, standards, and shared practices across proactive and offensive security teams.

IDEX extends $800M credit facility maturity to 2031

IDEX Corporation has amended its revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to September 3, 2031, from the previous November 1, 2027. The facility maintains its $800 million principal amount. The agreement, finalised on September 3, 2026, allows for up to $100 million in letters of credit and $50 million in same-day swingline loans. IDEX may request additional lending commitments, capped at a $400 million increase. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank as co-syndication agents. Sekisui House Reit raises $34.3M in green-linked loans to refinance debt

Sekisui House Reit has arranged ¥5.15 billion in green-linked bank borrowings from MUFG Bank and Mizuho Bank. The loans, a mix of short- and long-term facilities with floating rates linked to JBA 1-month yen TIBOR, will mature between 2027 and 2033. The proceeds will refinance existing debt, including redeeming a ¥2 billion unsecured investment corporation bond due in September 2026 and refinancing ¥3.15 billion in borrowings maturing in August 2026. Spire secures $400M delayed draw term loan facility with 364-day maturity

Spire Inc. has secured a $400 million delayed draw senior unsecured term loan facility, the company announced on 1 September 2026. The credit agreement was established with a syndicate of banks led by Mizuho Bank and U.S. Bank National Association as joint lead arrangers and bookrunners.
