  • Experience developing design-for-test specifications and driving design-for-test architecture and methods for designs.
  • Knowledge of Verilog and/or VHSIC Hardware Description Language, with experience using simulators and waveform debugging tools.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for design-for-test and design tools.
  • Proven understanding of design verification methodologies for validating design-for-test implementation in pre-silicon simulation.
  • Experience debugging compressed automatic test pattern generation patterns, memory built-in self-test, and Joint Test Action Group/IEEE 1500-related issues.
  • Experience developing and analyzing static timing analysis constraints for design-for-test modes and Standard Delay Format simulations.
  • Ability to conduct experiments during silicon debug, gather and analyze data, and use scripting to efficiently handle automated test equipment data.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement design-for-test architecture.
  • Implement design-for-test infrastructure.
  • Work with the design verification team to verify design-for-test implementations and implement engineering change orders.
  • Generate structural test vectors and analyze and improve coverage.
