IT Compliance and IT Processes Consultant in IT Operations
About the job
- A degree in economics, business informatics, or law, or an equivalent qualification through relevant professional experience.
- Knowledge of DORA regulatory requirements for operating IT systems and applications, or willingness to learn them.
- IT technical understanding and initial experience in IT operations in an agile environment are desirable qualifications.
- Initiative and an independent working style, together with communication, argumentation, and assertiveness across all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and BSI IT-Grundschutz is desirable.
- Good written and spoken German at a minimum C1 level.
- Validate DORA requirements and internal policies against IT operations processes and workflows, using gap analyses to identify ongoing action needs and consequences.
- Refine IT design principles, IT governance requirements, and IT security requirements with the responsible stakeholders to support practical implementation.
- Design lean, practical IT service management processes; define, visualize, and report suitable key performance indicators for process management.
- Support internal and external audits, advise participants, and present general audit topics with a focus on IT operations.
- Assess audit report and analysis recommendations, track actions according to IT operations needs, and initiate some of those actions.
- IT technical understanding and initial experience in IT operations in an agile environment.
- Knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, and BSI IT-Grundschutz.
