Junior-Level Administrative & Program Support Specialist
About the job
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in administrative, office support, customer service, business support, or a related field.
- A bachelor's degree.
- U.S. citizenship and Public Trust clearance are required.
- Experience working in a professional office environment is preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Provide general administrative support to federal government staff and assist with day-to-day office operations and logistics.
- Track office supplies, equipment, and other resources; assist with supply distribution and equipment management.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files and records; update internal trackers, spreadsheets, and administrative databases.
- Assist with routine records management and audit-related activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain information in spreadsheets and tracking tools; review documents for quality control.
- Assist with preparing basic reports, tables, charts, and summaries.
- Upload, organize, and maintain documents within SharePoint, and learn additional SharePoint functionality and processes as required.
- Assist with travel-related administrative activities as assigned.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, maintain personnel tracking information, and support associated equipment, access, and administrative requirements.
- Support preparation and formatting of presentations, briefings, reports, and other documents, including basic graphic design and document formatting as needed.
- Support meeting facilitation and project-based activities.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
