FIT House of Brands operates a global wellness franchise platform built around multiple brands, including F45 Training, FS8, and VAURA Pilates. It licenses and supports franchise studios, providing real estate, studio design, marketing, staff training, and daily operations, and earns franchise fees and ongoing royalties. The brand family offers 45-minute HIIT workouts (F45), low-impact functional-style sessions with Pilates and yoga (FS8), and athletic reformer Pilates under VAURA, with expansion into recovery services like cold plunges and infrared saunas. Its goal is to streamline operations across brands, unlock synergies, and grow a broad, international wellness ecosystem for franchise partners and members.
