Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network solutions across our global enterprise, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environment.
  • Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.
  • Enhance our network security posture by implementing modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.
  • Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents. Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
  • Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure.

The awards recognised the TC501 and TC701 mobile computers and charging ecosystem, the WS301 and WS101 wearable computers, and the DS82 series of scanners. The devices feature AI-powered capabilities designed to improve efficiency for frontline workers in retail, logistics, healthcare, and other industries. The TC501 and TC701 mobile computers include integrated RFID and AMOLED displays for outdoor route calculations. The wearable computers offer hands-free voice communication, whilst the DS82 scanners feature RFID technology and advanced optical systems.
