  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field is required.
  • Five or more years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and strong proficiency in T-SQL, SQL performance tuning (Indexing, Structure, Query Optimization) are required.
  • Five or more years of experience in Microsoft data platform development and implementation are required.
  • Five or more years of experience with Power BI or other competitive technologies are required.
  • Three or more years of experience in consulting, with a focus on analytics and data solutions, are required.
  • Two or more years of experience with Databricks, including Unity Catalog, Databricks SQL, Workflows, and Delta Sharing, are required.
  • Proficiency in Python and Apache Spark is required.
  • Develop and manage Databricks notebooks for data transformation, exploration, and model deployment is required.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Warehouse (Synapse Analytics), Azure Data Lake, and Stream Analytics is required.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement general architecture for complex data systems.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and implement lakehouse architecture.
  • Develop and manage cloud-based data architecture and reporting solutions.
  • Apply data modelling principles for relational and dimensional data structures.
  • Design Data Warehouses following established principles (e.g., Kimball, Inmon).
  • Create and manage source-to-target mappings for ETL/ELT processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and code reviews.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM).
  • Knowledge of taxonomies, metadata management, and masterdata management.
  • Familiarity with data stewardship, ownership, and data quality management.
  • Expertise in Big Data technologies and tools: BigData Platforms: HDFS, MapReduce, Pig, Hive.
  • General DBMS experience with Oracle, DB2, MySQL, etc.
  • No SQL databases such as HBase, Cassandra, DataStax, MongoDB, CouchDB, etc.
  • Experience with non-Microsoft reporting and BI tools, such as Qlik, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.

Reply has announced a partnership with Mistral AI to develop sovereign and enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions. The collaboration focuses on accelerating adoption of local, customisable and secure generative AI on European infrastructure for organisations with strict regulatory and data protection requirements. The partnership combines Mistral AI's high-performance models with Reply's expertise in customising large language models using proprietary data. Reply will become a Mistral Forge global launch partner, enabling its teams to design and train models on specialised datasets. The companies are collaborating with the Austrian Academy of Sciences on a customised model for ancient, medieval and modern Greek texts to support researchers. Reply reports $2.8B revenue, up 8%, proposes $1.53 dividend per share

Reply, an Italian technology consultancy, reported 2025 consolidated turnover of €2,483.6 million, an 8% increase from €2,300.5 million in 2024. The company's board of directors approved the draft financial statements, which will be submitted to shareholders on 23 April 2026. EBITDA rose 13.9% to €467.6 million, whilst EBIT increased 18.5% to €391.7 million. Net profit reached €250.9 million, up from €211.1 million the previous year. The board proposed a dividend of €1.35 per share, payable on 20 May 2026. Reply's net financial position stood at €467.6 million at year-end, compared to €349.1 million in December 2024. Chairman Mario Rizzante attributed growth to the company's specialised network model and artificial intelligence implementation capabilities.

Although 76% of firms have adopted AI in software development, only 20% have achieved pervasive integration across the development lifecycle.
