About the Job

Requirements

  • Four to eight years of experience in IT support or operations, including experience as the primary or sole IT owner for a site or office.
  • Hands-on experience with macOS and Apple device management using mobile device management tools such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace.
  • Strong knowledge of office networking, including Wi-Fi, DHCP, VLANs, and vendor management.
  • Professional-level English for daily work with the U.S. IT team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead user support, including onboarding and offboarding, account management, troubleshooting, and peripheral support.
  • Manage an Apple device fleet, including provisioning, mobile device management enrollment, updates, lifecycle management, and asset records.
  • Administer Google Workspace accounts, groups, and access in coordination with the headquarters IT team.
  • Manage office networking and connectivity, including Wi-Fi, switches, and internet-provider relationships and escalations, with vendor support.
  • Set up meeting rooms, printers, and shared equipment for a new site.
  • Plan purchasing, capacity, and the support model as the team grows.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience opening a new office or scaling IT at a fast-growing company.
  • Basic scripting or automation for device setup.
