About the Job

Requirements

  • 11+ years of product management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
  • Direct experience building and shipping external, revenue-generating AI-forward products or agent systems to production, specifically agents that reason, plan, and act autonomously rather than AI/ML features alone.
  • Deep technical acumen to evaluate agent architectures, debug failure modes, and make informed design tradeoffs with engineering.
  • Experience in regulated or complex domains such as finance, HCM, healthcare, or legal, where trust, compliance, and auditability are essential.
  • A track record of 0-to-1 product development, taking a product from idea to revenue rather than maintaining an existing product.
  • Experience managing Early Adopter or beta programs with enterprise customers.
  • Ability to operate across multiple functions, influence senior executives, and drive alignment without authority.

Responsibilities

  • Own an AI agent end-to-end, from identifying the opportunity through general availability launch and beyond.
  • Rapidly prototype and validate agent concepts using real customer workflows and data to pressure-test viability before committing engineering resources.
  • Design production-quality agent systems with engineering, ensuring reliability, auditability, and trust in regulated domains.
  • Run customer discovery and Early Adopter programs to validate value, generate references, and reduce risk at every stage.
  • Identify the highest-return agent opportunities in finance and HCM, build conviction with data, and advocate for them within the organization.
  • Define measurable value outcomes and evaluation frameworks that quantitatively demonstrate agent impact.
  • Collaborate with domain product managers to understand workflows and constraints and determine where autonomous agents deliver substantial value rather than incremental improvement.
  • Communicate agent vision and progress to executives, customers, field teams, and implementers, translating technical capabilities into business value.

Desired Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience building agent systems, including prototypes, side projects, or work advancing agent systems at a current company.
  • Hands-on-informed perspectives on agent evaluation, reliability, and human-in-the-loop design.
  • Ability to learn complex customer domains quickly and identify where agents create substantial value versus risk.
  • Motivation to build new product lines from scratch rather than optimize existing products.
  • Ability to track many moving pieces across customers, engineering, and stakeholders while maintaining velocity.
