PR and Partnerships Manager

What you will do

Own the strategy, planning, and delivery of paid content activity across creators, influencers, publishers, podcasts, and editorial partnerships.
Identify and develop partnerships with trusted voices and platforms that strengthen Lovehoney’s brand authority and reach new audiences.
Manage campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and partner selection through to execution, optimisation, and performance analysis.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners across different commercial models, ensuring investment delivers measurable impact.
Work closely with PR, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams to ensure paid content supports wider brand strategy and business objectives.
Use data, insights, AI tools, and emerging trends to improve campaign effectiveness, reporting, and ways of working.

What you should bring

Strong experience in influencer marketing, content partnerships, paid content, or digital brand marketing within a fast-moving consumer or ecommerce environment.
Proven ability to build creator, publisher, or editorial partnerships that deliver measurable commercial results.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and optimise investment decisions.
Excellent creative judgement, with the ability to develop authentic content strategies that resonate with target audiences.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across PR, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams.
Genuine curiosity and a proactive mindset, with a passion for storytelling, culture, and the evolving creator economy.
Openness to using AI tools, GPTs, and automation to improve campaign planning, research, reporting, and efficiency.
