Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • August 20, 2026 Uber RICO dismissal strengthened its litigation credibility.
  • June 29, 2026 Cohen recovery and August 3, 2026 Rolta victory showcase monetization skill.
  • Brazil, Hong Kong, and mainland-China matters expanded, including DaFa's first recognition request.

What critics are saying

  • Revenue concentrates in contested financings; a 2027 downturn in defaults hits demand hard.
  • Competitors like Quinn Emanuel and Paul Weiss target the same enforcement and restructuring mandates.
  • A bad outcome in flagship matters, like AIG or Uber, damages referral-driven origination.

What makes Kobre & Kim unique

  • Kobre & Kim dominates cross-border enforcement, insolvency, and asset recovery across 12 offices.
  • The Analyst Program trains over 60 juniors worldwide for investigations-to-litigation staffing.
  • Its brand centers on creditor-side, high-stakes disputes, not broad-service corporate work.
