Requirements
- Experience with painting, drywall repair, light electrical systems, and plumbing systems is required.
- Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations is required.
- A High School Diploma or GED and one year of experience are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Environmental Services with fire and building inspections.
- Perform preventative maintenance duties.
- Maintain the skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner.
