About the job
- A professional or technical qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Administration Engineering, or a related career is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources functions is required.
- Experience with administrative and operational processes related to people management is required.
- Knowledge of Chilean labor legislation is required.
- Experience using people-management platforms such as BUK, Talana, Defontana, or similar systems is required.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Manage administrative and documentary processes associated with the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Chilean labor legislation and internal policies.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities with different areas to ensure a positive and orderly experience.
- Provide support and guidance to employees and leaders regarding People processes and inquiries.
- Maintain employee information in people-management systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Prepare reports and indicators to support business decision-making and information needs.
- Coordinate local People benefits, programs, and initiatives, working with internal teams and external providers.
- Participate in continuous-improvement projects to optimize processes and strengthen the employee experience.
- Intermediate English is considered an advantage.
